FAQ
Is my data stored on your servers?
No. Every tool runs client-side in your browser. Files never leave your device. The only exceptions are batch jobs (which are processed in your browser via Web Workers, not server-side) and saved workflow definitions (which we store, but only the workflow structure — never the data you pass through it).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Stripe billing portal at any time. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to Free.
What if I exceed my API rate limit?
API tier responses return HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header indicating how long to wait. Daily limits reset at UTC midnight. We don't bill overages — if you need higher limits, contact us about Enterprise.
When are Team and API tiers launching?
Soon. We're finalizing the Stripe product setup and authentication flow. Click "Notify me" on either tier above to be first in line when they ship.
Do you offer an annual discount?
Not yet. We're keeping monthly billing simple while we validate the tier structure. Annual pricing is on the roadmap.
